Butterflies

This week I’ve worked on trying to capture the vivid color patterns of butterflies seen at Reiman Gardens a few years ago. These two particular butterflies are the Buckeye and the Swallowtail — quite beautiful and delicate.

I also painted a portrait of my nephew in watercolor as a sample for upcoming shows.
