For this piece I worked from my contour drawing of a cat. I formed it into a blue cat and added spots and a party hat for fun. more »

This is a floral bouquet of our garden sunflowers. Every year I plan my garden thinking of the bouquets to paint. I then set them up inside in direct sunlight, or outside on our front deck or gazebo in sunlight during different hours of the day to capture shadow patterns and sunlight on the flowers. more »
