This portrait is part of my women’s series done in acrylic collage. This piece was completed to be part of the Suffrage show at our gallery. The anniversary of the 19th Amendment will still be the featured exhibit this year, hopefully in October. Justice Ginsburg was an important judge working for women’s rights.

As always, I began with a sketch to map out the design. My support is gessoed hardboard and hand-painted acrylic papers.
