I’m excited to announce another show acceptance of my collage One Mile East of Allerton. It will be part of the “Community of Artists” biennial at the Octagon Center for the Arts in Ames, Iowa, from August 23 through October 20, 2013. This is an all-media show from artists within approximately a 100-mile radius of Ames. The gallery is located at 427 Douglas Ave and is free to the public.

This acrylic barn collage is one of a series I’ve been working on in the square format. I have been working on this technique since 1994 and have done a variety of subject matter including bicycles, barns, animals, underwater sea life, florals, and birds.
