This is another sunflower bouquet with magenta zinnias. Over the years, I have done at least two hundred different sunflower paintings and I am still inspired by their bold, big shapes and beautiful colors. This is a special bouquet of sunflowers picked at the Beaverton sunflower festival last summer. The mahogany and sienna tones are stunning. I find myself frequently using a primary triad in my paintings and have created many varieties of these. I used sheet music for the background with some silver metallic paint diluted over it.
